Policies

  • Masks are still required within our shop. Masks must stay on, covering your nose and mouth completely, until you are receiving a service that requires you to remove your mask (such as facial or waxing on the lower half of the face). We have many clients who are at a higher risk of contracting Covid, and we feel it’s our responsibility to do our best to keep everyone as healthy as possible.

  • Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell! If you are having any cold, flu, or Covid symptoms (Fever, chills, body aches, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, loss of taste or smell) please call or text your service provider and we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • Your appointment times are made on a strict schedule and cannot accommodate for tardiness. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, the scheduled service will be modified to fit the remaining time frame.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled and you will have to reschedule. This will be considered a no call/no show offense.

  • Please provide 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service for the first offense.

  • You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service for the second and any future same-day cancellations.

  • You will be charged 100% of your appointment price for your first and any future no call/no show offenses. This will need to be paid via Square invoice before you can schedule your next appointment.

  • We want our business to be as open and inclusive as possible. That means no bullying, racism, bigotry, homophobia, hate speech, or aggressive behavior. This is a safe space, and we hope everyone will feel comfortable here.

  • If you have a gift certificate and make an appointment, and do not show up, your gift certificate will no longer be valid.

  • We are only able to offer gift certificates for clients who are currently seeing us for services.
